What should I use a Battery Pack for in Stardew Valley? ›

Overall, your best option for getting the Battery Pack is by either buying it or placing Lightning Rods around your farm. To get a Battery Pack from Lightning Rods, you must first place a Lightning Rod somewhere on your farm, and then wait for a lighting storm to happen.

You can bring a Battery Pack in the tunnel left from the bus stop and put it on the switch that is located on the northern wall. This will start The Mysterious Qi quest.

On the day after the storm, you'll acquire a Battery Pack from it. 1,500-2,500g and can be sold to Robin at the Carpenter's Shop. Very rarely, a Battery Pack can be dropped by breaking boxes or crates in the Skull Cavern. They may also be dropped by Iridium Bats (5% chance).
